There are many times in life when we may need a guiding hand, someone to talk to, someone who is willing to listen, and/or a little extra support.  Whatever brought you here today, I want you to know it took courage and bravery to take the first step in reaching out.

 

Learning to live with an eating disorder takes time and patience.  If this is what brought you here, then please reach out so we may talk more.  There is hope.  I would love to share some of my hope with you by building you up when you need a helping hand.

As a highly sensitive person myself, I understand some of the nuances of being part of a world which can be overwhelming at times.  I want you to know you can learn to manage the feelings of overwhelm to become the amazing person you are.  You have a gift and the world needs us.
